  2. Read 2 Corinthians 10:5. Discuss what it means to take a thought "captive".


  3. List some of the steps to be taken when dealing with anxiety as outlined in Philippians 4:6-9.


  4. Studying the the promises of God can be very helpful when you are facing worries and fears. Which of these promises might bring comfort to you during stressful times?


  5. Read and discuss the prayer suggestion at the end of the article.


  6. In what ways does this article resonate with you personally?
